Ailbhe is a multi-award-winning brand designer with over a decade’s experience creating distinctive, strategic identities and campaigns for cultural, corporate, and non-profit clients including Amnesty International, Google, Greenpeace, the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, and Wrigley.
She spent four years as an Art Director at Pentagram London, leading brand identity and campaign projects, and co-directed Do the Green Thing, using storytelling to inspire sustainable change.

She went on to run an independent practice collaborating with organisations aligned with her values before joining Red Dog as Senior Brand Designer.
Her work has appeared in The Guardian, Creative Boom, AIGA Eye on Design, Creative Review, It’s Nice That, and others. A committed voice in the design community, she has been a panelist for the British Arts Council and D&AD New Blood. Passionate about design as a force for justice, sustainability, and dignity, Ailbhe brings strategic insight, creative excellence, and empathy to every project—helping organisations tell their story with impact and integrity.
