David is Head of Digital at Red Dog, where he leads the agency’s digital vision and drives transformation for clients across multiple sectors.

With over 13 years’ experience shaping digital strategy and delivery, David has overseen major initiatives for leading organisations including Kingspan, Kerry Group, Dalata Hotel Group, Glenveagh Properties, Behaviour & Attitudes, Merrion Fertility Clinic, and Ibec. His leadership ensures that every project aligns business objectives with user needs, resulting in digital platforms that are as impactful as they are innovative.

David sets the strategic direction for digital projects, from user research and experience design through to technical delivery, guiding multidisciplinary teams to push boundaries and deliver measurable value. His work has been recognised at the highest level, including an Institute of Designers in Ireland Award for the Newfoundland website for the Irish Traditional Music Archive and for his work on Building Change for the schools of architecture in Ireland.

Beyond project delivery, David plays a key role in shaping Red Dog’s digital offering, mentoring teams, building long-term client partnerships, and positioning the agency at the forefront of digital design. He is an active member of the Institute of Designers in Ireland (IDI), contributing to the advancement of the design profession, and has enhanced his expertise with a Professional Diploma in UX Design from the UX Design Institute, accredited by Glasgow Caledonian University.
