Since joining Red Dog in July 2022, Áine's meticulous and thoughtful approach has significantly impacted the branding projects she has been involved in. Combining her artistic sensibilities with a deep understanding of client objectives, she consistently delivers concepts that resonate with target audiences and effectively communicates brand values.

Áine's dedication to excellence and continuous growth led her to pursue further opportunities to refine her skills. Following her graduation from National College of Art and Design, she was honoured with a scholarship to attend the Design West Summer School, where she had the opportunity to learn from industry leaders and expand her design perspective. This experience further fueled her enthusiasm for design and deepened her understanding of its practical applications.

In recognition of her talent and potential, Áine secured a coveted place in the Threex3 graduate program in 2021, a well-regarded initiative that allowed her to work alongside some of Ireland's top design studios. During this year-long program, she immersed herself in diverse design projects, collaborating with experienced professionals and honing her skills across various disciplines. In May 2022, Áine received a commendation for the Design Student ICAD award, a recognition that highlights her talent and potential in the design community.
