Seán joined Red Dog in September 2024 as a Junior Designer after graduating from IADT with a first-class honours degree in Visual Communication. During his four years in college, Seán balanced his studies with freelance design work, gaining diverse and practical insights into the design industry at an early stage. He also interned with several Dublin-based design studios, where he acquired invaluable experience.

With a keen interest in Irish culture and sports, Seán has had the opportunity to work with several sporting organisations in Ireland, notably the Football Association of Ireland, designing the matchday programme cover.

Following his graduation from IADT, Seán was awarded membership in the International Society of Typographic Designers and received a merit award for his final-year book design project, In Search of Lost Words. This project recognised Seán’s typographic skillset and highly considered editorial design work.

In November 2024, Seán's design was chosen as the winner of the VHI 2025 Women’s Mini Marathon medal design competition. This was a huge achievement, with the winning design now in production for the marathon, which will take place in June 2025.
