A core part of the PF O’Reilly rebrand was the design and development of a modern, professional website that reflects the firm’s expertise, clarity and client-first approach. The site needed to bring the new identity to life while improving how the firm communicates its services, team and values online.
Working closely with the PF O’Reilly team, we developed a site structure that prioritises usability and simplicity. Navigation is clean and intuitive, allowing users to quickly access key areas such as practice areas, people and insights. Whether you’re a prospective client or future team member, everything is easy to find within a couple of clicks.
The site is built on a flexible, easy-to-manage CMS that allows the client team to update content and imagery with ease. SEO best practices were implemented from the start, with structured content, semantic tags, and optimised performance across devices to support both visibility and speed.
Design-wise, the interface builds on the core brand elements like considered typography, a warm colour palette and refined layouts that convey clarity and trust. Subtle use of the monogram and a stamp-like visual system reinforces the identity while keeping the overall experience calm and professional.
A custom “Our History” module was created to anchor the firm’s long-standing legacy. Rather than placing this content in a traditional static page, we designed a timeline-style feature that visually marks PF O’Reilly’s 100-year journey, from its founding to the present-day leadership. This allowed us to highlight the firm’s evolution and deep roots in Irish legal history in a more engaging, scrollable format.
We placed particular emphasis on the people pages, giving each partner space to communicate their areas of expertise and approach. Clear language and well-structured content support PF O’Reilly’s ability to simplify complex matters and guide clients with confidence.
The result is a digital experience that is approachable, efficient and distinctly PF O’Reilly; positioning the firm for the next chapter while honouring where they’ve come from.
