Our fifth Annual Report for Origin Enterprises incorporates carefully crafted elements that reflect the ongoing transformation of Origin's portfolio, strongly emphasising sustainability as its central pillar.
The Background
Established in 2006, Origin Enterprises has evolved into a leading player in the agri-services sector committed to agricultural excellence, adapting to industry changes and establishing a legacy of resilience and forward-thinking in the agricultural landscape. One of its core goals is to optimise the sustainable use of land through innovation and integrated solutions, and this commitment informed the theme for its 2022 Annual Report - Sustainable Land Use. Along with its core Agronomy Service offerings, the Group has a growing presence in the Amenity, Environmental and Ecology Sectors. The annual report provides an opportunity to tell the evolving Origin story transparently and engagingly.
The Idea
Using the ‘O’ of Origin, we created a Dial symbol to represent the complex components that underpin sustainable land use. This graphic solution was woven throughout the report - both as a functional visual asset to help articulate detailed information such as the investment case, business model and carbon transition plan and as a decorative asset used on the divider pages to reinforce the concept.
A carefully curated bank of imagery supports the narrative throughout, showing the broad product/service range and linking the core agricultural business to strategic growth areas.
The Execution
We delivered a portfolio of integrated reporting material, including the Group’s Annual Report, Sustainability Report, and IR PowerPoint deck, which all share a consistent, refined, and impactful narrative.
A new identity for South East Technological University (SETU) – the first technological university in the south-east of Ireland. Formed by merging the institutes of Technology at Waterford and Carlow, SETU boasts campuses in Waterford, Carlow, Wexford, Wicklow, and Kilkenny.
ExploreBased in Maryland, Jhpiego, an affiliate of Johns Hopkins University, has been breaking down barriers to high-quality healthcare for the world's most vulnerable populations for more than 40 years. In order to engage effectively with potential funders, they needed a new identity to communicate their mission and values with greater impact, personality and focus. All of this with a name that some people (ok, a lot of people!) find challenging to pronounce. So, before we go any further: jhpiego = jay-pie-go. Easy!
